Joshua M. Smith represents a wide variety of clients in all aspects of employment law, including defending employers from claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), sexual harassment, discrimination claims (ADA, Title VII, ADEA, and related state laws), wrongful termination, and breach of contract.
Steven W. Swick focuses his practice on the acquisition, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial real estate, landlord/tenant law, land use, zoning and development matters, and corporate transactions.
William A. Volck is a shareholder with our firm. Will advises clients on a broad range of real estate and corporate issues. Will’s clients include financial institutions, small businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, developers, and real estate brokerages.
