- Kurt R. Friedmann focuses his practice on estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, probate administration, and small business planning and formation.
- Christopher R. Jones focuses primarily on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, and probate & estate litigation. Chris has litigated, tried, and argued cases before federal courts, appellate courts, courts of common pleas, and probate courts throughout Ohio.
- Zachary S. Mueck is an associate with SSP Law, working with the Estate Planning, Corporate & Transactional, and Real Estate practice groups. Zach earned his juris doctorate at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University’s Williams College of Business, where he was a four-year member of the men’s tennis team.
- Joshua M. Smith represents a wide variety of clients in all aspects of employment law, including defending employers from claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), sexual harassment, discrimination claims (ADA, Title VII, ADEA, and related state laws), wrongful termination, and breach of contract.
- Steven W. Swick focuses his practice on the acquisition, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial real estate, landlord/tenant law, land use, zoning and development matters, and corporate transactions.
- William A. Volck is a shareholder with our firm. Will advises clients on a broad range of real estate and corporate issues. Will’s clients include financial institutions, small businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, developers, and real estate brokerages.
