Megan Wamsley has significant experience in estate planning, especially for post-divorce clients. She also has experience serving clients with more complicated or unique estate plans, such as those requiring special needs trusts. Beyond estate planning, Megan has substantial experience practicing family law, where she served clients in complex litigation matters involving intricate property division, child custody, and support. As a highly rated attorney, Megan’s clients rely on her for her creative, sensible solutions to their issues, which help them achieve their desired results. As part of her family law practice, Megan has served several sophisticated clients with significant business and real estate portfolios, which has helped shape her practice at SSP Law today.
