- Kurt R. Friedmann – focuses his practice on estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, probate administration, and small business planning and formation.
- Christopher R. Jones – focuses primarily on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, and probate & estate litigation. Chris has litigated, tried, and argued cases before federal courts, appellate courts, courts of common pleas, and probate courts throughout Ohio.
- Joshua Smith – represents a wide variety of clients in all aspects of employment law, including defending employers from claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), sexual harassment, discrimination claims (ADA, Title VII, ADEA, and related state laws), wrongful termination, and breach of contract.
- Steven W. Swick – focuses his practice on the acquisition, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial real estate, landlord/tenant law, land use, zoning and development matters, and corporate transactions.
- William Volck – is a shareholder with our firm. Will advises clients on a broad range of real estate and corporate issues. Will’s clients include financial institutions, small businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, developers, and real estate brokerages.
