- Sean P. Donovan is a shareholder with our firm. Sean focuses primarily on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, personal injury, and contract and sales disputes. Sean has litigated, tried and argued cases before the Federal Courts, Court of Commons Pleas, and Courts of Appeals throughout Ohio, as well as the Circuit Courts in Kentucky.
- Jeffrey M. Nye is a Partner with our firm. Jeff is a litigator and appellate lawyer whose practice is concentrated on commercial, construction, and real estate disputes. His pro bono work is focused on First Amendment defense of defamation claims, and on public access to courts and government; Jeff argued and won the unanimous decision from the Ohio Supreme Court in State ex rel. Volokh v. Shanahan.
- William J. Patterson is a shareholder with our firm. Bill focuses his practice on real estate financing and commercial law transactions. Bill’s clients include financial institutions (in a variety of legal issues related to commercial and residential real property transactions), real estate investors and entrepreneurs, corporate clients, real estate developers, homebuilders, hotel operators and ownership groups, non-profit corporations and real estate brokerages and salespersons.
- Paul T. Saba is a shareholder with our firm. Paul concentrates in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, creditor’s rights, construction litigation, receiverships, and corporate law. He applies his business degree and vast and dynamic legal experiences to develop creative legal solutions and act as a valuable business partner for his clients.
- Peter A. Saba is a shareholder with our firm. Peter concentrates in commercial law, real estate, probate, commercial litigation, employment litigation, probate litigation, real estate litigation, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and products liability. Peter has litigated, tried, and argued cases before the federal courts, courts of common pleas, courts of appeals and Supreme Court of Ohio, as well as the federal court, circuit courts, and court of appeals for Kentucky and the circuit courts in Florida.
- Jeffrey G. Stagnaro is a shareholder with our firm. Jeff focuses his practice on business, real estate, estate planning and probate. Most of Jeff’s clients consist of entrepreneurs and business owners—ranging from startups to privately/family-owned businesses with several hundred employees.
